Kate Middleton cancels appearances due to pregnancy

It was recently confirmed that Kate Middleton is expecting her first child, and now she has canceled some appearances in order to care for her unborn child.

Middleton has reportedly canceled three scheduled appearances as she has been ill with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness, states UsMagazine.com. The events she will not attend are the ICAP Charity Day in London, Winter Whites Gala in aid of Centrepoint and the British Military Tournament at Earl’s Court, London.

She will be spending those days hospitalized and resting instead.
Middleton and Prince William wed in April 2011. This will be their first child.
Do you think she’ll have a smooth pregnancy after this illness?
